Pole and Aerial Conditioning Class Thursday - Single

Join us for at The Athena Academy for your weekly conditioning classes! 

THIS IS FOR ONE CONDITIONING CLASS - PLEASE CHOOSE YOUR DATE BELOW. 

This class is held from 12PM to 12:45 PM Uk time on Zoom. Whether you prefer to participate live or catch up later, this class is tailored to accommodate your schedule. Our skilled instructors will guide you through a dynamic session to help you get stronger for all those tricky pole and aerial strength based moves.

Equipment: You will not need any equipment for this class. However it will be optional to use bands, light weights and a yoga mat if you have these to hand. 

Please note this is a 45 minute class

Can't make it to the live session? No problem. Recordings of each class will be available for a 7-day period, and they'll be sent right to your inbox on a Saturday. Whether you're brand new to aerial arts or someone looking to get those super hard deadlift moves this class is for you!
