Back Bends Class - Single

Join us for at The Athena Academy for your weekly flexibility classes! 

THIS IS FOR ONE BACK BENDS CLASS ON 27TH DECEMBER 12-1:30PM

This class is held from 12 PM to 1:30 PM Uk time on Zoom. Whether you prefer to participate live or catch up later, this class is tailored to accommodate your schedule. Our skilled instructors will guide you through a dynamic session to help you with your back bends.

27/12 Back Bends with Lucy 

No need to worry about equipment – while stretch bands and yoga blocks are recommended, they're not essential. Feel free to work with what you have. Our lineup of different teachers ensures a well-rounded experience, each bringing their unique expertise to help you achieve your flexibility goals.

Choose between purchasing individual classes on a weekly basis or opt for the convenience of a monthly package. Can't make it to the live session? No problem. Recordings of each class will be available for a 7-day period, and they'll be sent right to your inbox on Tuesdays. Whether you're a seasoned stretcher or a newcomer, our flexibility class is designed to help you enhance your flexibility in a way that suits your preferences and lifestyle.
